At BachpanWaliCandy, we strive to bring you the best nostalgic candy experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. ❌ Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted. All sales are final.
- We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD); payments are processed via UPI after order placement.
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment is confirmed and processing begins.
- Please review your order carefully before submitting.
2. 🔄 Return & Refund Eligibility
- No returns or refunds for change of mind or order mistakes.
- Refunds or replacements are considered only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- Claims after 24 hours will not be entertained.
3. 📸 Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Products
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the product condition.
- Additional evidence may be requested.
- Verified claims will get a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
- Returned products may be inspected before refund or replacement.
4. 🚚 Return Shipping
For valid claims, BachpanWaliCandy covers return shipping costs. Please do not ship items back without approval and instructions from support.
5. 🍬 Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final except for damaged or incorrect items. Customized products, combo packs, and bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or wrong.
6. 💰 Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving and inspecting returned products. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit. No refunds for UPI payments without cancellation approval.
7. 🌡️ Shipping Damage & Weather Conditions
We package carefully, but minor breakage or melting may occur during transit. We are not responsible for damage due to weather or courier mishandling after dispatch. Temperature or shipping damage claims must be reported within 24 hours with proof.
