We currently offer shipping across India (PAN India) using trusted third-party courier partners.

A minimum cart value of ₹299 is required for all orders, regardless of product category.

Orders that do not meet the required minimum value may be automatically canceled.

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
• We process orders only after successful UPI payment, coordinated via WhatsApp after order placement.

We use a flat-rate shipping model based on your cart contents:

Once dispatched, orders generally reach you in 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the courier's serviceability.

Please note: Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as:

• Courier service disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Delivery to remote areas
• National holidays, strikes, or unforeseen events

In rare cases where an item needs to be tailored, customized, or produced based on your specific request, preparation may take between 15 to 20 days, depending on complexity and quantity.

All products are securely packed to ensure safe delivery. However, due to the nature of shipping edible items, minor breakage or melting may occur during transit, especially in warm regions or during extreme weather.

After dispatch, we will send you an Order ID and Tracking Number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your shipment via our Track Order page.

📲 Please make sure your WhatsApp number is active and correct during checkout.

To address issues such as missing items, wrong products, or damaged goods, you are required to provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment you open the sealed package.

🎥 Claims made without unboxing video proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

• Full Name
• Full Address with City, State, and Postal Code
• Nearby Landmark (if applicable)
• An active WhatsApp number

⚠️ Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in failed delivery or return of parcel. Re-delivery charges will apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

Once your parcel is handed over to the courier and tracking shows it as delivered, BachpanWaliCandy is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages
• Delays caused by the courier
• Parcels marked as "delivered" but not received

Tip: If you're unavailable during delivery, contact the courier in advance to arrange a pickup or delivery reschedule to avoid missed delivery.

If your order is returned due to:

• Incorrect address
• Unavailability at delivery location
• Refusal to accept the parcel

Then the order may be canceled without refund (if the items are perishable or customized), or re-delivery charges may apply.

We currently do not guarantee delivery to PO Box addresses. Please use a valid residential or commercial address during checkout for smooth delivery.

Prices displayed on this website are not MRP (Maximum Retail Price) and may differ significantly from the MRP printed on the product packaging.

Many of our products are nostalgic and regional candies that are difficult to source locally and are procured from other cities. This adds meaningful cost to each order, including:

• Sourcing and transport charges — many items are sourced from outside our home city and transported specifically to fulfill orders.
• Packing costs — being food products, items are carefully boxed and sealed before shipping to ensure they arrive safely. Packaging materials (boxes and tape) are selected based on order size and required protection, and their cost varies accordingly.
• Low margins on individual units — despite higher listed prices, our margins per product remain limited once sourcing, packing, and logistics costs are accounted for.

How our pricing is determined

As a general guideline, listed prices are calculated as approximately twice the product's MRP, to account for the above costs. This may vary by product, season, and availability.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to pay the listed price shown at checkout, and that this price supersedes the MRP printed on the product packaging. If you are not comfortable with our listed pricing, we kindly request that you do not proceed with a purchase on our website.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, based on seasonal availability, demand, and sourcing costs. Some products may be temporarily unavailable, and others may be listed for a limited time only.
