BachpanWaliCandy is an online store that sells nostalgic 90s candies across India. Our goal is to bring back your childhood memories through your favorite sweet treats.

We sell edible products (primarily candy) that are subject to availability.

Product descriptions, ingredients, and images are provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions or images are error-free.

Some candies may contain allergens. Customers must read product descriptions carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from consumption.

All listed prices on our website are final and may differ from the printed MRP on the product.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price. If you do not agree with our pricing, please do not place an order.

• Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be canceled or refunded, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
• We do not use any third-party payment gateway and do not accept online payments or Cash on Delivery (COD).
• After placing an order, you will be contacted personally via WhatsApp on the number provided during checkout to arrange UPI payment.
• Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified or if we are unable to reach you.

• We ship PAN India via third-party courier services.
• Shipping times are estimated and may vary by location or courier availability.
• Once dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen disruptions.
• Ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

• All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email if your item is damaged or wrong.
• We may request photo or video proof. If validated, we will arrange a replacement or return at no extra cost.
• Claims made after 24 hours will not be eligible.

We do not require user accounts, login, or signup.

All data submitted (e.g., orders, reviews, contact forms) is linked to a unique, cookie-based session ID.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all provided details, including name, phone number, and address.

By placing an order or submitting your details, you consent to receive marketing messages, promotions, updates, and alerts from BachpanWaliCandy via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your provider.
• To opt out, reply with STOP on WhatsApp or contact us directly.
• We are not liable for any delays or failed deliveries of such messages.

• Copying, scraping, or redistributing content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user for misuse.

From time to time, Bachpan Wali Candy may offer complimentary products to influencers, creators, or content creators as part of a promotional collaboration.

By accepting a collaboration offer and providing shipping details, the collaborator agrees to the terms communicated by Bachpan Wali Candy, including any agreed content requirements, posting timelines, and deliverables.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• The complimentary product is provided solely for promotional purposes and is not a gift without conditions.
• The collaborator agrees to create and publish the mutually agreed content within the agreed timeframe.
• If unforeseen circumstances prevent timely publication, the collaborator should promptly inform Bachpan Wali Candy so that both parties can agree on a revised timeline.
• Bachpan Wali Candy reserves the right to discontinue future collaborations with collaborators who fail to fulfill agreed deliverables without prior communication or a mutually agreed alternative arrangement.
• In the event of a material breach of the agreed collaboration terms, Bachpan Wali Candy reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

While we do not use third-party payment gateways, we do rely on third-party tools for logistics, WhatsApp communication, and courier services.

We are not responsible for the content, performance, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services that we may link to (e.g., courier tracking pages).

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions submitted to us may be used for marketing or service improvement.

We reserve the right to edit, remove, or moderate content that is inappropriate, abusive, or misleading.

You must not submit reviews or content that infringe on intellectual property, include false claims, or contain malware.
